Pioneer Home Health Care offers three programs designed to provide necessary care in the home environment. Our services are offered from June Lake in Mono County to Lone Pine in Inyo County. We also cover the Highway 6 area including Chalfant, Hammil Valley, and Benton.
Our home health care team is both state-licensed and Medicare certified to provide skilled intermittent medical and rehabilitation visits to the homebound under the care of the referring physician
When someone you love has an advanced life-limiting illness our Hospice team is there to maximize comfort and maintain dignity. Hospice treats the person instead of the disease; focusing on the whole family, as well as the patient. Our care is life-affirming, compassionate care, with an emphasis on quality of life.
The Personal Care Program at Pioneer Home Health Care provides hourly attendant services designed to help maintain independence in the home setting. Often, a little extra companionship and assistance with day-to-day homemaking tasks is all that’s needed to remain safe at home.
